I started his mortgage career 12 years ago in the broker world as a loan processor.  As a processor I learned the importance and value of being organized and detail oriented.  This processing start set the foundation for my success as a loan officer.  My broker experience eventually took me to work in the Mortgage banking environmnet where I was fortunate to learn and utilize all financing proframs including VA, FHA, Utah Housing, Subprime and 2nd mortgage financing.

I love problem solving.  Finding creative ways within the the lending guidelines has always been a passion of mine.

I chose to align myself with Utah Mortgage Loan Corp because they have all the loan programs that I am accustomed to working for a large bank, but they don't have the added layers of guidelines that most banks impose.

In my spare time I love to wood work.  Creating furniture out of old Antique doors.  I enjoy camping, playing sports, running and exercising.  But my true passion is spending time with my wife of 11 years and my 3 kids.
